Bases del concurso de dibujo del Día E 2013
1. Podrá concursar cualquier persona de cualquier nacionalidad, siempre que presenten obras originales e inéditas. Con ocasión de la celebración del 40 Aniversario de las relaciones entre la República Popular China y el Reino de España, el tema deberá versar sobre la amistad entre China y España
2. El plazo de admisión de obras será desde la publicación de estas bases hasta el 19 de junio de 2013, a las 17:00 horas.
3. Los concursantes someterán un máximo de un dibujo, que deberá ser presentado en un sobre, en cuyo exterior figurará el título de la obra. Dicho sobre deberá también incluir una fotocopia del pasaporte o cualquier otro documento acreditativo del autor y se hará constar: nombre y apellidos, número de teléfono y dirección de correo electrónico del concursante o de sus responsables legales, quedando descalificados quienes no cumplan con los requisitos de estas bases.
4. Las creaciones, tendrán un formato mínimo DINA 5 y máximo DINA 3. Se aceptarán obras realizadas con acuarelas, lápices, ceras, témperas, rotuladores, carboncillo, collage etc. Se valorará la adecuación entre la obra y el tema impuesto, la originalidad y la técnica de obra.
5. Se establecerán categorías dependiendo de los rangos de edad de los participantes. La categoría benjamín incluirá los niños y niñas de edad comprendida entre 6 y 11 años en fecha 19 de junio de 2013 y la categoría juvenil, los adolescentes de edad comprendida entre 12 y 17 años en esta misma fecha.
6. Para la elección del ganador, un tribunal compuesto por 5 personas se reunirá para elegir las 20 mejores obras de cada categoría que se expondrán en la Biblioteca Miguel de Cervantes. La votación final se realizará mediante voto secreto en la puerta de la Biblioteca Miguel de Cervantes el sábado 22 de junio de 2013 entre las 9:30 y las 12:00 horas. El anuncio de los resultados y la entrega de premios tendrán lugar el mismo día a las 12:15 horas.
7. Para ambas categorías, el ganador recibirá como premio un IPad Mini y el acceso gratuito a los contenidos de la biblioteca electrónica de la Biblioteca Miguel de Cervantes. Los 20 finalistas de cada categoría verán sus obras expuestas en la ventana de la biblioteca Miguel de Cervantes durante un mes y recibirán una entrada para el espectáculo Asombras, que tendrá lugar el sábado 14 de septiembre en el Teatro Malanhua.
8. Los dibujos se podrán entregar personalmente o por correo postal en el Consulado General de España en Shanghái a la siguiente dirección:

9. No será devuelto ningún original presentado sea premiado o no. El Consulado General de España y Biblioteca Miguel de Cervantes se reservarán, para el archivo, todas las obras con los datos de los autores presentados.
10. La concurrencia a este certamen supone la total aceptación de las presentes bases y de las decisiones del jurado, que serán inapelables.
DRAWING COMPETITION
INTERNATIONAL DAY OF SPANISH LANGUAGE
1. Anyone can participate, as long as they submit original, unpublished artwork. In honour of the 40th Anniversary of relations between the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Spain, the theme of the drawing competition will be the friendship between China and Spain.
2. The deadline to submit artwork will be June 19, 2013, at 17:00.
3. Participants will submit a maximum of one drawing each, which must be submitted in an envelope. The title of the artwork must be written on the outside of the envelope. Inside the envelope, the participant must include a photocopy of his/her passport or another document verifying his/her identity. The envelope should also include a sheet of paper with his/her full name and his/her contact details (telephone number and e-mail address) or that of his/her guardians. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in disqualification.
4. The size of the artwork must be a minimum of A5 and a maximum of A3. A variety of techniques (ie. watercolour, pencil, wax, tempera paint, markers, charcoal, collage, etc.) will be accepted. Submissions will be judged based upon their coherence with the theme, originality, and technical qualities.
5. Contestants will compete in two different age groups. The children’s group will include boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 11-years-old, respective to the date June 15, 2013. The juvenile group will include teenagers between the ages of 12 and 17-years-old, respective to the same date.
6. In order to determine a winner, a panel of 5 judges will choose the 20 best artworks in each age group. The chosen pieces will be displayed in the Miguel de Cervantes Library. The final vote will occur by anonymous vote at the Library of Miguel Cervantes on Saturday, June 22, 2013, from 9:30-12:00. The awards ceremony will occur on the same day, from 12:00-15:00.
7. The winner in each age group will receive an iPad mini along with free access to the electronic platform of the Miguel de Cervantes Library. The 20 finalists in each age group will have their works displayed in the window of the library of Miguel Cervantes for the entire month and will receive a ticket for the show Asombras, which will occur on Saturday, September 14th in the Malanhua Theatre. Finalists will also receive the book Morby Duirk, by the Spanish writer Reyes Teixera.
8. Artworks may be personally handed in or mailed to the Cultural Section of the Consulate General of Spain in Shanghái in Shanghai at the following address:

9. No submission will be returned, regardless of whether or not it receives an award. The Spanish Consulate in Shanghai and the Library of Miguel de Cervantes will file all submissions along with the date and information about the participants.
10. Participation in this contest implies that the participant accepts all rules and decisions made by the judges, which are final.
2013年西班牙语日绘画比赛细则
- 参赛者不分国籍，作品必须是原创作品或是未经出版的作品。值此中华人民共和国与西班牙王国建交四十周年之际，本次比赛以中国西班牙的友谊为创作主题。
- 投稿日期：从细则公告之日起到2013年6月19日17时止。
- 参赛者仅限提交一幅绘画作品，要求将作品装在信封内，信封外写上绘画作品名称，信封内包含作者护照复印件，或者相关证明文件其上包括作者姓名，作者或其监护人的电话号码，邮箱地址等具体联系方式，并将信封封好。不符合细则规定的参赛者将被取消其参赛资格。
- 作品大小限于A5-A3纸张画幅。作品可以是水彩画，铅笔画，蜡笔画，丙烯画，水彩笔画，炭笔画，拼贴画等。根据作品表现的主题的准确性，原创性和作品的技术程度进行评分。
- 将根据参与者年龄跨度来设立组别，儿童组参赛者包括2013年6月19日前年满6周岁至11周岁的儿童，青年组参赛者为此日期前年满12周岁至17周岁的青少年。
- 作品评选由评委会5名成员首先在每个组别中评选出20幅最佳作品，并在米盖尔·德·塞万提斯图书馆进行成列展示。6月22日周六9点30分至12点，在米盖尔·德·塞万提斯图书馆门前进行无记名最终投票。最终结果将在12点15分公布，同时为各组获胜者颁发奖品。
- 各组获胜者将获得包含西班牙语学习软件的Ipad Mini一台，以及免费登录使用米盖尔.德.塞万提斯图书馆电子图书馆资源。每个组别的20幅最佳作品将在米盖尔·德·塞万提斯图书馆成列一个月的时间，其作者将获得 “Muerby Duick的传说“的书一本以及2013年5月14日在马兰花剧场举办的ASOMBRAS皮影戏演出门票一张。
- 参赛者可前往西班牙驻上海总领事馆递交作品或通过邮寄的方式，领事馆文化处的地址是：
